Tilapia Florentine

Broiled fresh filet of tilapia topped with lump crab meat, in a light sherry cream sauce, served on a bed of steamed spinach and a side of rice.

Pepper Seared Sliced N.Y. Shell Steak

Topped with a brandy peppercorn sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
