Scallopine chicken breast stuffed with asparagus, ham, prosciutto, mozzarella & fontina cheese served with a cream Dijon mustard sauce and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

12oz N.Y. shell steak topped with peppercorn sauce and two broiled jumbo stuffed shrimp in a lemon garlic butter. Served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

Pesto Encrusted Filet of Salmon

Encrusted with pecan and roasted red pepper pesto. Topped with lemon oil tossed baby arugula and served with a side of rice.

Veal Marsala

Pounded thin, milk fed veal cutlets sautéed with mushrooms and roasted red peppers in a marsala wine sauce. Served on a bed of penne pasta.

Chicken Picatta

Flour dusted boneless chicken breast, sautéed with artichoke hearts, capers & snow peas in a lemon butter, white wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Sautéed Vegetables With Penne

Fresh assorted seasonal vegetables, sautéed in light garlic and oil, served on a bed of penne pasta, topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
