ENTREES

Jewels of the Sea

Jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, lobster tail and P.E.I.  Mussels with roasted red peppers, onions and spinach in a roasted garlic white wine sauce over linguini.

 

Veal Chop

Tender breaded milk fed veal chop, topped with tossed arugula, kalamata olives, feta cheese, red onions, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. Served over a bed of garlic mashed potaotoes.

 

Roasted Duck

Crispy semi-boneless ½ duck, with an apple pecan stuffing. Drizzled with raspberry port reduction and served with a side of sweet potato fries.

 

Poulet Fromage

Sautéed boneless chicken breast in a light creamy roasted tomato sauce with onions, black olives and artichoke hearts and topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, served on a bed of spinach infused fettuccini.

 

Surf and Turf*

Grilled tender filet mignon topped with peppercorn sauce and broiled lobster tail in lemon butter sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed spinach.

 

Almond Encrusted New Zealand Rack of Lamb

Served with Pinot Noir reduction, steamed asparagus and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
