Teriyaki zinfandel-marinated skirt steak cooked to your liking. Topped with sautéed, peppadew-seasoned shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
Basil and sundried tomato marinated salmon. Served on a bed of sautéed cherry tomatoes, cannellini beans, roasted red peppers, and Kalamata olives in a light white wine garlic sauce.
Stuffed breaded boneless chicken breast with spinach, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese. Served on a bed of mushroom risotto.
Shrimp and Scallop Casino
Baby shrimp, jumbo sea scallops, mushrooms, onions, peppers and bacon in a white wine sauce
over linguini pasta and topped with melted mozzarella cheese.
