Fall off the bone mini rack of ribs, golden fried shrimp and parmesan encrusted grilled boneless chicken breast. served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

 

Chicken Marsala

Sautéed boneless breast of chicken, dusted with seasoned flour, bottom mushrooms and roasted red peppers, in a light marsala wine sauce. Served on a bed of fresh steamed spinach and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

 

 

Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs

Succulent, fall off the bone, tender baby back ribs, rubbed with cracked peppercorn for extra flavor and  brushed with our signature apple barbeque sauce. Served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
