White Bean Soup
Cannellini roasted vegetable soup, crispy pancetta, rosemary oil
Avocado Salad
Iceberg, hard boiled eggs, sweet peas, artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, cucumber mint vinaigrette

Salmon Quinoa
Honey mustard and pecan encrusted, on a bed of quinoa and arugula salad, with bell peppers and a craisin balsamic reduction

Lemon Herbed Lamb Chops
Served on a bed of lentils, garbanzo gigante bean medley
Marinated Pork Loin Medallions
With pineapple cilantro serrano, marinated, with a side of rice and sweet plantains
Shrimp Pesto Orzo
Creamy basil pesto orzo, topped with shrimp, sautéed in a roasted tomato sauce

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Pounded chicken breast stuffed with ham, prosciutto, mozzarella, swiss cheese, and asparagus, side of mashed potatoes
